We are positioned on the A59 opposite Mac Donald’s restaurant and Rice Lane Train Station. Care should be taken when crossing the road, especially with minors.


There are many ways which you can travel to and from the practice. Rice Lane train station and Walton train station are both walking distance from the practice. Car parking is available at the multipurpose car park opposite the practice.

Disabled Access

Regrettably the practice building is unsuitable for disabled access. All three surgeries are located on the first and second floors. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. For surgeries that offer disabled access, visit the NHS choices website where you can search for suitable services using your area code.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to make your experience at the practice as pleasurable as possible. However, should you have any complaints, please contact our practice manager Jane Marray, on 0151 525 3598 who will be able to deal with your complaint and talk you though our procedure.
